Last month I took the challenge of eating healthy for 60 days and doing daily exercise for 1 hour, so today it's the 25th day of the challenge… long way to go.

Now when it comes to breakfast, dinner, and lunch I cooked myself based on my calorie intake.

Every day I take around 2500–2700 calorie intake so based on that I had to divide the calorie into 5 meals. so the breakfast will be 100g of oats,5 boiled egg, 2 banana.

Then mid-noon I had 4 brown bread slice with 1tsp peanut butter and 1 apple.

After that, at lunch, I usually take home food like 2 chapatis with dal and 100g of chicken and veggies.

In the evening snack, before 2 hours going to the gym, I take fruits and 2 boiled eggs.

After the gym, At dinner, I take 100g of chicken with veggies and 2 chappatis with 100g of curd.

So this is the diet that I take every day, and I have shared my breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
